38 Weeks

I had my 38 weeks check-up with my doctor yesterday & to my surprise this baby does want to come out. For a few weeks now I have had this feeling that she isn't in any hurry, & to plan on being induced on my 41st week (which is still possible). But, as of yesterday I am dilated 1 cm, that's right 1 whole whopping centimeter. YaHoo! Progress! My sweet doctor said as I was walking out of the office "Maybe I'll see you before next week?" I'm not getting my hopes up, but there is light at the end of the tunnel, & I am enjoying my sleep while I can.
